Daya, you need to help your families apply for the S1 types so that they can stay with you in China as long as you can. Apart from their passports, completed application form and recent passport photos, they should have the invitation letter sent by you. Perhaps, you need to get approved by your school because your shool authorities need to stamp on the invitation letter. Also, copies of your passport and temporary resident permit are required. The kinship certificates like marriage certificate and birth certificate is also a must. Copy and original versions are required.
