What are the process and documents to call the family for the student studying China?

I am a student studying here in China and I will stay here more than 18 month. I want to call my family here.what are the requirements for that.

Daya, you need to help your families apply for the S1 types so that they can stay with you in China as long as you can. Apart from their passports, completed application form and recent passport photos, they should have the invitation letter sent by you. Perhaps, you need to get approved by your school because your shool authorities need to stamp on the invitation letter. Also, copies of your passport and temporary resident permit are required. The kinship certificates like marriage certificate and birth certificate is also a must. Copy and original versions are required.
