Documents to be included with application:
1. Your passport with blank pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration.
2. application form affixed with one passport-size or 2x2 colored photo, with white background, full-face front view, and no hat, (both V2011A and V2011B)
3. The emergency contact information page in the applicant's passport should be filled out and photocopied.
4. Your school ID in Philippines.
5. Your bank certificate with adequate funds in.
6. round-way air tickets and hotel booking in China
7. if you are 16-21 years old, you will have to have an interview by the visa officers.

To remind you, these days because of the tense between two countries, it is hard to get a tourist visa in Philippine. I suggest you to apply in your own country.
