united states consulate documents from kazakhstan?

Hello, I want to marry in Nanjing. However, my marriagability affidavit was written at the United States Consulate in Kazakhstan.  Can I use these documents to marry in Nanjing, China? The office is number 82 taiping, Nanjing China

Hey, you needn't worry about this. If the affidavit can't be accepted by local civil affairs bureau, you can visit USA consulate in Shanghai. Your consulate can issue another one.
