I have a 12 hours stopover in Hong Kong and need suggestion for transport options

My Stopover is from morning 7 am to 7 pm. I would like to cover Tung-Chung Cable car, Po Lin Monastery, Tian Tian Buddha and Wisdom path. Then head to Central and visit Star Ferry Pier and go to the Peak Tram, up to the Sky Terrace and after this come back to the Airport.. Would doing all this be possible in 12 hours?

12 hours may be too tight for your plan. I suggest you just experience the tung chung cable car and the nearby attractions and Central for Star Ferry Pier. After that, if you have time left, roam around. Just give up the peak tram.
