Hey, for Ruins of St. Pauls, Monte Fort, Macao Museum, Lou Lim Lok garden, you can walk to reach one by one. The sequence would be absolutely the name sequence you listed.
After that, you can take bus no. 7 From Lou Lim Lok garden to A Ma Temple. And then take bus no. 21A you can reach Venetian. Then you can take the free shuttle from Hard Rock Hotel (opposite to Venetian) to Hotel Sintra. After arrival, walk to your hotel.
From the hotel to HK, you can walk to Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro, and take bus no. 3 there to Macao Outer Harbour ferry Terminal to take the ferry.
