About:China Visa Exemption

Is it best to get the stay permit at the airport or before leaving?

Thank you so much for your response Lean. Are there long waits for the 'stay' permit at the airport? And if so, is it worth (or even possile) to get a transit visa from Chinese embassies etc before leaving? Thanks!!

If you qualify for 24 or 72 hour free transit, it's better for you to apply for a stay permit at the airport. It won't be too long to wait. Applying in the Embassy may be troublesome.
