About:Marriage Registration in China

Is the divorce papers enough or do I need another certificate of no impediment?

I am a british citizen and married a chinese girl in china a few years ago. There were complications so we divorced in China. I now wish to marry another girl in China. What documents do I need?

1. You need to submit your passport or other cerficates to certify your identity and nationality. 2. a statement of your marriage status certified by your foreign ministry or authourized agencies and Chinese embassies in your country is needed, the statement can also be issued by your embassies in China. 3. Your divorce papers.
