About:Marriage Registration in China

Certificates of No Impediment

Can anyone please tell me if a Certificates of No Impediment needs to have the exact date of the wedding, or could I put say any time from Aug to Sep?

Hi, the Certificate of No Impediment is valid for 6 months. So you just put a date within the six months. It is ok if you put any date in Aug or Sept.

Hi David - Specific countries may have different rules, however, British China issued CNI is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
