How to get the certificate of no impediment from China?

Me & my girlfriend residing in Singapore but planning to get married in Malaysia. Is there a way to get the certificate of impediment (single status) from China without going back to China?

As I know, it requires to go in person. So there is no way to get it from abroad.

You can get it from the China embassy in Singapore
