About:Chinese Embassy in Kenya

application from a third country

hello, i want to apply for a business visa to china from kenya but i am not kenyan and do not have a resident permit, but i have studied in china before

Well, I personally think that you hav very slight chance of getting a M type in Kenya. It's better to apply in your country in your situation.
