About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Collect luggage at Beijing Capital Airport?

We arrive to BJ with Air China, have 8hr layover then continue to Phuket. and have been told that our luggage will not be checked through. We have been given lounge passes by the airline. What process do we need to follow?! Will I need to check in again for my flight BJ-Phuket and recheck my baggage? Will this limit the rest we can get in the lounge?

Hey, if your luggage cannot be check through, then you need to recheck it.
The transfer procedure is: flight arrival – transfer procedures – border inspection – security check – custom inspection – waiting & boarding.
