About:Chinese Embassy in Sweden

Do I need to get a new passport or I can use my current passport for this trip?

Hi, I am a Swedish citizen and going to Hong Kong for holiday 25 January to 8th February. I am aware that I do not need visa for Hong Kong, but get different answeres about the validity of a passport. At the time of entry to Hong KOng, my pass has a validity of 5 months and 2 weeks and when I depart from Hong Kong 5 months validity.

Amir, six months' validity is required when you apply for mainland Chinese visa. I don't know if the same rule is applied to HK entry. You may contact HK Immigration Department to confirm this.
