About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Hello!!! I want to go Hong Kong for 3 days to travel and I just have chinese visa

can I apply for Hong Kong entry permit at the arrival time

Applying at arrival is impossible. You need to apply it in advance before going to HK. The HK's permit has no relationship with the one to enter China mainland.
