Death of Chinese Spouse in USA

My Chinese wife died near San Diego on November 30, 2014. I have her death certificate. What is the process of filing her death certificate so her parents in Shanghai can receive insurance payment?

Thank you

Hi, you are suggested to consult the local Chinese embassy/consulate for getting things done. They will help you to do it step by step.
