About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

In the event of my spouses death

I have been mrried for 8 years to a Chinese national and have a Family Visit /Residence visa. She is sick and may die, what happens to my visa and me?

You can try to apply for a permanent residence permit before she dies.
