about staying places near to nanjing medical university

I hope to study in the medical university and I need to know a place to stay, with a reasonable monthly price. I expect a clean apartment with one room.

Hey, according to my understanding for the university, I presume  you would be study in the campus in Gulou District, You can stay near Shanghai Road, Hanzhong Road or Guangzhou Road. Rental houses with one room there are in a range of CNY500 to 1000.
