About:Chinese Embassy in Costa Rica

Application for Visa by USA citizen

I am a citizen of the USA. Can I apply for it to China at the Chinese Embassy in San Jose, Costa Rica

You live in San Jose, Costa Rica?
If so, you can use your residence, employment or student status to apply in that country, otherwise, you are unable to apply in that country.
