About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

can I avail of a 72 hour free visa transit in Pudong?

Iam a filipina from Philippines, I will fly to India by January 2015 my stop over is in Pudong International Airport.

Mell, Philippines isn't one of the 51 countries. So I don't think you can enjoy 72 hours free transit at Pudong airport.
