About:Chunyun - Spring Festival Travel Rush in China

Tickets Refund

In case we have bought the train ticket but unfortunately our flight had been delayed and we can't catch the train on time. So what we will happen next? will we allowed to change our train schedule right before departure time?

If you may miss the train, the ticket can be changed once on your departure date before or after the departure time. But you can only change it to a valid one with the latest departure time of 24:00 on the original departure date, and it cannot be changed to the next day or any later day. You can only change it at the railway station by showing your passport and paper ticket. Normally, no service fee will be charged for the changing service. The price difference between the original and changed tickets will be returned or charged accordingly.
