where can i stay for a day in Hong Kong as i have to board cruise in the evening at 9:00pm

i think i need to vacate the hotel or any place by 6 as my cruise tym is at 9 in evening, so anyone please can suggest me to do in a day as i will be at airport early flight in morning at 7, aha are the places near chungkingmansion, is it worth to go ocean park or peak?? on the same day.
