Buying and riding motorcycle/gas scooter in Yiwu

Hi guys, i would like to know the rules of buy and ride motorbike there?I don't have a licence and i like to know the rules are strict like big cities.Any answer will be appreciated.

Hey, a license is the perquisite if you want to ride motorbike there. Is an electrombile ok? If so, you can freely ride there, because it doesn't need any license.
