Are motorcycles allowed in fuzhou?

Hi , i will be travelling by motorcycle to fuzhou in feb and i would like to know if motorcycles are allowed in the city?
or if there are some areas allowed and some areas where bikes are banned?

The motorcycles are forbidden to run into the urban district. It can only run outside the Second Ring Road.
