There is airport shuttle bus line 1 that operates between these two airports. The service hours are from 07:00 to 23:00 (T1)/23:05 (T2) at PVG and 06:00 to 23:00 at Hongqiao Airport.
Several hotels are located nearby these two airports. You can choose one to take a rest. :-)
