Can i use the bussines letter from d company as a tourism letter to apply for a L type?
Hi,I have a bussines letter issued to me from a company in china, it was sent to me for me to use it and apply for a bussines type one to china but due to I don't have a company here in USA that will issue me a letter, so I decided to see if I can apply for L visa. And I need to be in New York on monday being tomoro.. I just changed my mind not to apply with business.I could hardly get a tour agency that could offer me the tourism letter. I have green card and Nigeria pasport with my bank statement, flight itinerary and Hotel reservation .
