three days in Beijing

Hi, we are looking for a short tour of the sights in Beijing for two adults, we will be in Beijing mid January and only have 3 days. can anyone give me some advise/ help with this?

How about this route:
day 1: Tiananmen Square + Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven
day 2: Badaling Great Wall, Ming Tombs
day 3: Summer Palace, Hutongs and courtyards at Houhai area.
There are many attractions in Beijing and you ca make your own itinerary based on your interest.
