About:Hong Kong Airport Express

Hong Kong Airport express customer service centres

Do all AE stations have customer service centres where we can refund the 50hkd deposit for the card? We'll be exiting HK via the ferry terminal (to Macau) so we're planning to return the card to the nearest station (Kowloon) before leaving.

Yes, customer service centers are available in all the stations. So don’t worry.
