About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do I need visa if Im arriving on 30 dec and leaving 2 jan?

Im flying from Madrid to China (shanghai) and China to Phillipines.

Bob, you are eligible for 72 hours free transit. However, your total stay is longer than 72 hours. So you should apply for a Tourist or Transit type in advance before you go.
