tunisian wants to apply for his visa from japan

Hello I am Tunisian living in China, recently I went to Hong Kong to apply for my new one but I couldn't do that, they said i can't apply anymore from hong Kong as I have the right only for one time try with 15 days that's it so I moved to South Korea where I couldn't as well so my question is simply do all the People can apply for one from Japan or only specific people with specific nationalities can do that? do Tunisian people can apply from Japan or no and how much it costs? and we can apply from all consultate? last one is that I don't need one to enter Japan so is it ok or no ?please reply as soon as possible

There is no limitation for the nationalities for applying in Japan, so you can have a try. Bu to be honest, you are not guaranteed to get one successfully. So before you go, you are suggested to consult the Chinese embassy in Japan for confirming. The fee is 4000 Yen for you for a single entry type.
