Hi,I am working in China under working Z. * Passport expires on 2015-02-28 * Working Z expires on 2015-02-15 (this is my fifth consecutive working Z)I applied for a new passport that should be available early January.I plan to go back Europe for Christmas and come back on 2015-01-01. The get my new passport and apply for new one.As I will only have 2 months left on my passport when returning after Christmas, will I be allowed to enter?Best regards,

Since your Work Z is still in valid, you can still enter China in January. BTW, it is suggested to take the proof from applying a new passport when you pass the immigration in case the officer check it.
