Can i get a transit G while travelling from moscow ?

Am i eligible to apply for a transit G, if i want to fly from Moscow to Urumqi? and then travel by road to the northern part of Pakistan. I am citizen of Pakistan and as per some law, i dont need a visa for the province xinjiang in china because of some agreement. I wanna go home by flying to Urumqi and do the same on the way back for moscow,
