About:National Holidays in China

Travel in China during Chinese New Year

Planning a trip to China Feb 2015. Plan on arriving in Beijing on Feb 13 and leave on Saturday Feb 28th. Is everywhere going to be very crowded and travel difficult due to the Chinese New Year?

Don, you come to visit Beijing during the low season. So there won't be too many tourists at the tourist sites. By the way, Spring Festival Holiday already finishes when you arrive.
