About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Paris - Beijing - Paris

My friend need to come 48 hours in Beijing. He is French. Is he allowed to come with that 72 hours visa free procedure ?

Will you friend fly to Beijing from Paris and then fly back to Paris?
If so, he cannot enjoy the 72-hour free transit, because he does a round trip.
