About:Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles

Is the mail back service available for the Los Angeles Consulate?

I live in Hawaii and I leave for china on the Dec. 1st and the nearest Chinese Consulate is in LA.

The consulate does not accept the mail application as well as mailing your already one back to you. So you need to go to the consulate on your own for application.

You can need to go to a travel agent and have them get one for you. It can be done express or regular. Good Luck, May
