About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Air China - YVR to HKG via Beijing

Hi there,

I will be flying from Vancouver to PEK and then on to Hong Kong - all with Air China (probably Terminal 3?). Is 2 hours enough to transit in BJ to make the connection to Hong Kong?

Any idea if I will have to claim my luggage and go through customs/check in again?

Thank you!!

Oh, don’t worry, two hours are enough for transit. As you mentioned, your two flights are operated by the same airlines.

As i know, you have to go through the customs, but you don’t need to claim your luggage. For more info, you can consult your ailrine in advance.
