I will like to stay in China for 45 days as my daugther is working in Beijing.

Then, I think you can apply for a S2 type in order to stay with your daughter. Your daughter needs to send you an invitation letter and you also need to provide your kinship certificate (your daughter's birth certificate, for example). Besides, copies of your daughter's passport information page and her temporary residence permit are required.
