Wearing red casual wear?

Is it ok to wear the colour red for daytime sightseeing, or is it best to save red for special occasions?

Hi, it is OK to wear red color clothes for day time sightseeing. I always wear a red downjacket in winter.

yes it is OK to wear red because I see lots of people in China wearing the color.
