Fire Horse - will i be able to stay on my present casual job

Hi i am working in a new casual job that I really love. Will I be able to stay even as a casual employee or get a position in this organization?

Jomar, I have found that you will have a favorite fortune in your career this year. You may be probably guided by high-placed persons and you must take your work seriously and try your best to improve yourself. You may also need to get along with your colleagues. Work hard and do your best, then you will be successful to be a casual employee in that company.
