In the airport Ground Transportation Center, you can take the airport shuttle bus A21 to Middle Road, Nathan Road. Then you can reach your destination within few mins walking. By the way, the bus fare is HKD33 and the bus ride is about 65 mins.1

You can take Airport Express train to Kowloon station. Then walk to Austin station to take West Rai line and get off at East Tsim Sha Tsui. After that, you can easily walk to Tsim Sha Tsui to find your hotel on Chungking Mansion.0
