About:Beijing Travel

Is a multiple entry visa required if you exit beijing, are at sea 1 day, then enter shanghai?

Entering BJ via airport and embarking on Princess cruise departing from Tianjin. At sea 1 day before arriving in Shanghai for 1 day tour. Is a multiple entry visa required?

If the total duration of staying in BJ and Shanghai is no more than 24h, you can apply for a stopover permit (stay permit) at BJ airport. Then no visa is needed for your stay in the two cities. If exceeding 24h, yes, a multiple entry visa is required.
