Am I allowed to land in Shanghai?

Hi. I'm a Danish student studying in Shanghai

I applied for one more entry, when I arrived and now have one more entry.

But my question is, I want to fly to Hong Kong, then Tokyo and then back to Shanghai. But I have to change flights in main land Shanghai, when I want to fly from Hong Kong to Tokyo? Will that be seen as my "one entry"? Or is it fine?

They will check your entries, but you can tell the officer that you just make an international transfer and they will not stamp on your entry.
