About:China Postal Service

export custom scan has been holding my order for over 3 weeks in china

is it normal to be held for that long? what should i do?
it didn't even go to the airlines in china yet!

Lana, then I am afraid that it is stuck at the customs. You may ask your sender to contact China Post. He might help you figure out what happened.
