can use scan copy of my business invitation letter?

Question

I need to apply urgently for Chinese business M as sending through express will take more time, so My agent said she will send me a scan copy of my Business invitation letter as soon she get it from the Government. So I need to ask can I use the scan copy of it to apply it?? Can I get visa through scan copy of it? Or she need to send me the original one through express then can I apply?? Replies will be appreciated. Thanks

Farhan, the original Invitation letter of Duly Authorized Unit is necessary for the application. As for the invitation letter from your business partner in China, if the original document is not required, you can try the copy for that.
