I want to pay her a visit but she cant send an invitation  letter because she is not a national their! We both are pakistani

Among all the types, the Tourist L may be the most suitable. However, the Chinese embassy in your country does not issue people a Tourist L as an individual. You may try to find a local tour agency for asking whether they help you. Or you can directly contact the embassy to require a suitable type.
