About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Do I qualify? My destination is Beijing however I don't have a non stop flight.

I am flying cathay pacific NYC to Hong Kong for 1.5 hours then Beijing. I will be in Beijing for less than 72 hours. Then I am flying Hong Kong to NYC.

Sorry, I am afraid that your route isn't qualified for 72 hours free transit because you fly from HK to Beijing and then to HK again.
