About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

S1 to S2 because of my wife's visa validity changed

I came to china on s1 visa as my wife doing her studies here,the thing is after i reach here applied for residence permit for more months but unfortunately my visa got renewed to s2 due to my wife's duration expiring in 2 months,

My questions are 1) can i apply for residence permit s1 after hers renewal?

and

2) i got a job in some foreign trading company they are ready to provide work Z what all documents required for that?and how many entries i can get as i am planning to visit my country if i get work Z now can i visit my country and back to china?

i am enclosing my details for further checkings.

i am krishna from india
MBA graduate having 2 years of exp.
Now i am in china.
This is second time i came here.
and i have taken physical examination certificate in china international travelers health examine board.

You have got a S2 already? If so, you cannot apply for a resident permit.

For applying a Work Z, you need to have a work permit, an invitation letter from your company, your valid passport, an application form, a recent taken photo, a personal statement and some other documents the local Chinese embassy requires. After you get the Work Z, you need to change it to a resident permit after you enter China. With the resident permit, you can enter and re-enter as many times as you want. Then you can visit your country and go back to China.

thanks mike ,but small clarification am in china so can i apply Z type here it self or do i need to go india for applying z type.

Hey, you should get back to India to apply for a Z type. It's impossible to do it in China.
