If I have a layover in Shanghai for 15 hours, can I apply for the 72 hour visa to see the city?

Erin, citzens of Republic of Korea can apply for 72 hours free transit. However, you should meet the requirements. Can you tell your flying route? Where will you fly from and to? Will your flight stop at another Chinese airport except Shanghai airport?
