About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Q1 visa apply in China

Hello. I just got married in Qingdao, my husband is Chinese, I hold a M type, the bureau of exit and entry told me I can only apply to Q2 , and Q1 only can be issued abroad. Do you have information about it? Thank you

Hey, the local entry and exit authority has the final say. If you say so, then you should follow their suggestion to apply for Q1 type. By the way, the entry and exit authorities in different places may have their own policies. So you needn't confirm this with people in other places.
