high speed railway from shenzhen - xiamen

I will arrived to Shenzhen on 29/11/14 and will depart from Shenzhen to Xiamen on 30/11/14 in the morning, so that iwould like to ask you some questions as follows:1. If I stay at Sunway Airport Hotel (Shenzhen International Airport Guangdong, Airport & Bao'an District, Shenzhen, China, 518128), Where is the nearest railway station that I can reach to the Shenzhen North Railway station? is it Airport East station?2. As question 1, how long is time from the railway station(Airport East) to Shenzhen North Railway Station?3. If I buy the highspeed railway ticket from my agent in Thailand, where is the place that i can pick up the boarding ticket? Any railway station? or Shenzhen North railway station only?4. As question 3, if I can pick up the ticket at any railway station, i should get it before 2 hours prior to scheduled departure time, right?Thank you in advance for your feedbackLalida

The nearest metro station you can get from your hotel to Shenzhen North station is the Airport East as you mentioned. The trip from your hotel to Shenzhen North Railwat Station will take around 100min, you need to take Luo Bao Line from Airport East to Bao An Center and change to Huan Zhong Line and get off at North Station. I have no idea about the arrangement of your agent in Thailand, but according to my booking experience from TravelChinaGuide, the ticket can be collect at any railway station as long as they sent you the e ticket number. And it would be better if you can arrive the station at least 90min in advance.
