About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Are two separate e-tickets eligible for the 72-hr stopover?

First ticket Seoul-Beijing and second ticket Beijing-Hong Kong. It's not clear from the above guideline whether flights have to be on the same e-ticket or they can be separated. Also, do both tickets have to be under the same airline or they can be two different airlines?

Both connecting tickets and seperate tickets' passengers can enjoy the free transit. The airline will not affect neither.

If you can show your valid passport and onward ticket with confirmed seat, you can enjoy the free transit.
