can i go out again in guangzhou after coming from yiwu? and i only have single entry visa?

Hi i am from philippines have a single entry one for china i will be going to yiwu how ever in my way home yiwu to guangzhou i have 8 hours lay over before my next flight to manila philippines can i still go out to guangzhou? or stay in nearly airport before my next flight to manila in the morning because i dont want to sleep in the airport atleast sleep at the airport hotel? thanks
